The Problem

Networking isn't the problem.
The wrong room is.

You've been to the events. None of them worked.

Generic mixers built for salespeople, not builders. Rooms full of people collecting contacts they'll never message. You leave with nothing except a slightly longer LinkedIn list.

Your co-founder search is now in month three.

The idea is ready. You're ready. But the right technical partner, commercial mind, or operator hasn't appeared. Month three becomes month six. The window doesn't wait.

LinkedIn, Slack, forums. You've tried them all.

Cold messages, referrals from friends-of-friends, community posts. The problem isn't access to people, it's access to the right people in the right context.

Most intros sound great. None go anywhere.

Coffee meetings where visions don't align, stages don't match, or the chemistry simply isn't there. Chemistry can't be engineered, but the conditions for it absolutely can.

The problem isn't effort. It's structure. You can work twice as hard at networking and still end up in the wrong room every single time.

Why pitch.london

Built for the collision that actually goes somewhere.

Most co-founder stories begin the same way: the right person, the right moment, the right context. pitch.london doesn't leave that to chance. We built a format that engineers the conditions for real chemistry, fast.

Application-only entry means everyone in the room is serious. Pre-matched conversations mean you spend time with people who are actually relevant. A structured format means neither of you wastes the evening on small talk.

Application-reviewed participants
Every person reviewed. No investors, no recruiters, no casual attendees. Founders, operators, and serious builders only.
Pre-matched for relevance
We match you with the 8–12 people most relevant to what you're building. Every conversation is intentional.
Structured format, clear prompts
Short, focused conversations with built-in structure. You know who you're talking to and why, before the evening begins.
The Format

Three steps. One evening.

STEP 01

Apply & be curated

Tell us who you are, what you're building, and who you're looking for. We review every application and match you with the most relevant people before the evening starts.

Before the event
STEP 02

Arrive. Have 8–12 real conversations.

You move through a series of focused, pre-matched conversations. You know why you're talking to each person. They know why they're talking to you. No wasted time, no filler.

The evening
STEP 03

Walk away with real leads

After the event, you receive a curated follow-up list plus access to the pitch.london founder community. The evening is the start, not the end.

After the event

One evening. The right room. Your co-founder.

The Room

Every seat is earned.

This event is for you if…
  • A founder with a clear idea who needs a co-founder, technical partner, or key early hire
  • A technical founder seeking a commercial, GTM, or operational co-founder
  • An operator or senior builder ready to join a serious early-stage company
  • A second-time founder who knows exactly what they need and is done wasting time finding it
  • Actively building or ready to build, not just exploring the idea of it
This event is not for you if…
  • An investor looking to source deals (this event is founder-only)
  • A recruiter or headhunter, regardless of clients you represent
  • Someone who might start something but hasn't committed to the path
  • Looking for a casual evening to build a general contact list
  • Not ready to have direct, honest conversations about what you need
What You Get

One evening. Compounded value.

8–12 structured, pre-matched conversations
Every conversation is intentional. No cold approaches, no awkward openers. You know who you're meeting and why before the evening begins.
Application-reviewed room, signal not noise
Everyone here passed the same gate. You won't waste a single conversation on someone who isn't serious, relevant, or ready to build.
Curated participant list delivered post-event
After the evening, you receive a full list of attendees with profiles. Your follow-up is already half done before you leave the room.
Access to the pitch.london founder community
The event is the introduction. The community is the ongoing resource, a curated network of London's serious early-stage builders.
Facilitated format, no awkward cold approaches
The structure does the hard work. Show up, follow the format, and let the matching and the room do what they were designed to do.
More relevant conversations in one evening than most have in a quarter
Time is the one thing you can't recover. pitch.london compresses months of searching into a single intentional evening.
Founder Voices

What happens when the room works.

"I came in with a clear technical product and no commercial co-founder. I left with three serious conversations still going three weeks later. The format cuts through everything that makes networking painful."

S
Sarah K.
Founder, Fintech SaaS

"Two months of cold LinkedIn messages produced nothing useful. One evening at pitch.london produced my co-founder. We're four months into building. The curation is the product."

J
James T.
CTO turned Co-Founder

"I was sceptical of networking events in general. This is not a networking event. It's a matching process with a room attached. I left with one person I'm now building with."

Questions

Before you apply.

Is there a cost to attend?
Ticket pricing will be confirmed and sent to accepted applicants. We keep costs intentional, high enough to ensure everyone is committed, accessible enough that cost is never the barrier for a serious founder. Apply first and secure your place on the early list.
Is it really application-only?
Yes. Every application is reviewed by a person, not a filter. We decline applications that don't fit the room we're building. This is what makes the evening work, a room where everyone has been curated is a fundamentally different experience from one that's open to anyone.
What stage should I be at?
We welcome founders from early idea stage through to seed. The common denominator is genuine commitment to building. We don't require revenue or a team, but we do require that you're actively on the path, not just considering it.
What exactly is the format?
The evening begins with a brief orientation. You then move through a series of pre-matched, timed conversations, typically 8–12 per attendee. Each has a structure and a prompt. After the structured rounds, the room opens for free conversation. You receive a follow-up pack the next morning.
How are participants matched?
We review every application manually and match on the basis of what you're building, what role you're looking for, your stage, and the complementary skills in the room. We're making considered editorial decisions about who should meet whom, not running an algorithm.
What if I don't find my co-founder at the event?
You've still had 8–12 high-quality conversations with serious founders, added a curated set of collaborators to your network, and gained access to the ongoing pitch.london community. Co-founder chemistry doesn't always strike in one evening, but the right introductions do.
